Methods of Use for Essential Oils

As a room fragrancer - A few drops in the top of a burner or light bulb will enable you to create your own mood.

As a massage oil - Use diluted in a good carrier to rub directly into the skin. Use about three drops to 5ml of carrier oil.

As an Inhalant - A few drops, in a bowl of very hot water. Inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.

As a bath oil - Add a few drops, or a teaspoon of blended essential carrier oil to a hot bath to soothe and soften the skin.

As a perfume - The oils may be blended or used alone to create a beneficial natural perfume.
