Suggested Use: Adults should take 1-2 capsules 1/2 an hour before breakfast with a glass of water and 1-2 capsules 1/2 an hour before lunch with a glass of water.  We recommend that you do not take this product later than 3pm as it may interfere with sleep.

This product is a food supplement and hsould not replace a normal diet.  It should be taken in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle.

Caution:  Do not exceed recommended intake of 4 capsules per day.  Do not use if outer seal is damaged or missing.

Not suitable for persons:

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding
• under the age of 18
• with a heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure.
