You can contact us via email info@modernherbals.com or by calling our freephone number on 08007310725. Calls will be answered Monday – Friday (09:00 Hours – 5:00 Hours GMT/BST). Should you call outside of office working hours you can leave a message and the team will return your call on the next working day. The office is closed on UK bank holidays.
ORDERS
You cannot add to an order once it has been placed. You can however cancel an order by emailing info@modernherbals.com and wait for a confirmation that the order has been cancelled and then make a new order. An order cannot be cancelled once the order has been picked and shipped.
You can email info@modernherbals.com to get updates on out-of-stock items. Our customer service team will do their best to advise of their expected delivery date. However, please note that suppliers on occasions change their delivery dates so we will give you the most accurate date that we are aware of at the time.
We pick and pack all orders with the utmost care however, as each parcel is prepared manually, errors can occasionally occur (although, this is rare). If you are returning items that are damaged, or we have made an error with your order, you will be refunded for the relevant part of the order, and we will pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and not damaged.
If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please contact info@modernherbals.com as soon as possible.
Please ensure you’ve included the following information:
- The email address you used to place your order
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) missing or damaged from your order
Please check your spam/junk folder as on occasions confirmation emails can land in an incorrect inbox. If you do find it there, please add us to your address book so that your email account recognises us in the future. If you cannot find email confirmation, please email our customer service team on info@modernherbals.com
SHIPPING: UK ORDERS
We offer free standard delivery for all orders placed over £15. Wherever possible, all UK orders will be processed and sent within 24 hours of receipt (Monday – Friday), unless the item is out of stock, for which you will receive notification.
For UK orders under £15, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.95.
Please note that orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
All deliveries can be fully tracked, and details can be found in your dispatch notification email. Should you have an issue with any of your deliveries please contact info@modernherbals.com.
SHIPPING: OVERSEAS ORDERS
As a rule, we do not ship abroad, but please enquire at info@modernherbals.com in any special circumstances. We can obtain a chargeable cost price to send to some countries.
We will find out the shipping cost and advise before your goods are shipped. You will receive an email from info@modernherbals.com advising of the shipping cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We currently don’t have a tracking facility. However, if you need us to track your order or require notification of the estimated delivery date, please email our customer service team on info@modernherbals.com
RETURNS
We believe that you will be fully delighted with your purchase of goods from our web site. However, if you feel it necessary to return an item to us, the item must not be damaged for us to accept your return. We will aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
