Cherry Active

The Cherry Active supplement range by Active Edge uses tart Montmorency cherries that pack a real punch. Cherry juice concentrate is available to purchase in three different sizes: small, medium, or large. You simply need to add 30ml/2 tablespoons to water or add it to your smoothies or yoghurt. It’s worth noting that one 30ml serving provides the same antioxidant benefit as eating 23 fruit and vegetables.

For those who prefer tablets, Cherry Active is also available in capsule form and comes in 30 or 60 capsules.

There are also Sleep Formula capsules which are made with added chamomile, lavender, and magnesium to aid your sleep. Simply take two capsules, half an hour before bed.
